Care To Listen aim to demystify counselling and therapy for the client. We have an open and direct approach where we believe that the client should be in charge of their own therapy and ultimate recovery. We are happy to design specific counselling programmes for each individual client. We offer individual, relationship or group sessions.
Care To Listen is a competitively priced counselling service located in Croydon and also serve local areas such as Sutton and Purley. Established in 2007 we are a team of highly experienced counsellors that provide private and confidential counselling to all of our clients. We treat everyone with the utmost respect and every client is able to explore their thoughts and feelings without fear of being judged. We pride ourselves on delivering a quality service that is accessible and affordable to all.
We specialise in integrative counselling which includes cognitive behavioural therapy, short-term solution focused, psychodynamic and person-centred counselling. By looking at the ways people think, behave and feel we can determine what aspects of a person's life can be changed to solve particular problems.
All of our counsellors have the skills and experience required to provide confidential and empathic therapy sessions designed to meet the needs of each individual client.
We have been commissioned by SLaM- South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust. to provide counselling as part of Croydon's IAPT Improving Access to Psychological Therapies service.
